ITIL Foundation Certification

ITIL Foundation Certificate is the first step on the ITIL Certification Path. After receiving the Certificate which is preceded by the course and exam you will have a knowledge about what the ITIL is, about its processes and relationships between them. The target audience of the ITIL Foundation course may be the staff of IT company who are involved in the support and delivery of IT services and anybody who is expected to understand how and what for ITIL practices are implemented and what are the consequences of this implementation into the structure of the company. After the course you will also posses the knowledge of ITIL terms used in daily practice of the service delivery process.The Standard course may last 3 to 5 days and is finished by the ITIL Foundation Exam.
