ITIL Foundation Exam

The ITIL Foundation course following by the exam as accredited by the Information Systems Examinations Board (ISEB). The exam lasts 60 min and consists of 40 questions (EXIN version) The passing score is 26. It is recommended to have some experience in IT and a knowledge of IT service before taking the Exam since even good knowledge of the materials provided during the course is not enough if you don't feel in ITIL subject well. We cannot reveal the content of the exam here but you should expect not only questions with explicitly defined answers but also the problematic, open questions which demand the good practice orientation of the subject.
