ITIL Practitioner CertificationITIL Practitioner Certificate is the second step of three stage way of ITIL knowledge development process. Again as it is in the Foundation Certification there is a 5 day course organized ,followed by the Examination However unlike in the Foundation case the choice of three different set of IT Management processes is given – you participate now one of three paths:ITIL Practitioner Support and Restore where the Service Desk the, Incident Management and the Problem Management processed are described and discussed; ITIL Practitioner Release and Control – where the scope of the Release Management, the Configuration Management and the Change Management processes is given; ITIL Practitioner Agree and Define on which you will receive the deepen knowledge on how the Service Level Management and the Financial Management are defined. You will also learn about building non technical aspects of running business: building good customer relationships, improving service quality of the support and financial practices implementing. The target audience of ITIL Practitioner Certification could be both team leaders and experienced specialists who must go deeper into their piece of knowledge. The given knowledge gives you not only a scope of a process but reveals a set of practices ready to implement in practical IT life. This practical knowledge has a noticeable influence on the way the Courses are conducted: There are several cases introduced to work at in groups. Participants face a common problems arising within each process and have to solve them. |
