Introduction to ITIL Certification

The intention of this website is to give you some information about ITIL certification path which should be followed in order to get the complete set of ITIL certification. Originally the whole site was about version 2 of ITIL, but recently, when the new version 3 has been released, we has updated our site accordingly. So you may find information on both versions here.

We intend also to give you clear answers on questions that you might ask in accordance to this subject: "Do I need ITIL certificate?", "what kind of certificate would be more suitable for me?".

In the ITIL Certification web page we also tried to provide you general information on where and how you could use your ITIL knowledge in order to achieve your targets.

We are focusing here strictly on ITIL certification subject, however you may need some more knowledge of ITIL processes or you are completely new at this subject.
